Account Manager Google Ads - Relocation to Dublin

Keywordio is looking for an Account/Client Success Manager who speaks Swedish to proactively grow our clients from our Dublin office. The role of the Client Success Manager involves learning to understand the client’s business and using our world-leading marketing software to drive client growth through paid searches. We are looking for a proactive and ambitious problem solver who likes to interact with clients and challenge their thinking. The ideal candidate will be confident and outgoing, with a passion for digital advertising. He or she will have experience with Google Ads, be highly numerate and quick to learn how to handle new tools and processes. Keywordio Client Success Managers work as a team but also take personal responsibility for and have ownership of their clients. 

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the client's business goals and drive SEM strategies to accomplish those goals.
  • Be proactive and look for growth opportunities in the client's accounts
  • Troubleshoot performance issues.
  • Be a team player and use our existing processes to deliver a consistent and enjoyable client experience.
  • Manage and prioritize a client portfolio consisting of lead generation and e-commerce clients.

Experience and Skills:

  • 1 or more years of professional work experience, preferably in digital marketing
  • Experience working with Google Ads and some knowledge of AdWords Editor
  • Must have good data extraction and manipulation skills using e.g. spreadsheet applications
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Account Management experience is preferred, but not required
  • Willing to look outside the primary role to find growth opportunities
  • Agency experience is preferred, but not required
