WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Talent acquisition person who has a proven history of recruiting and developing processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Finding new ways on how to attract, engage, and acquire world-class talent.

We are searching for an extraordinary person with demonstrates the ability to successfully influence and achieve hiring goals by partnering across our team leaders within Client Success, UX and Creatives, Tech and Data science or Sales and Marketing.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON:

• Acting as a key partner from headhunting, sourcing, screening and optimizing the process and accelerating the time to hire.

• Manage our HRM system Teamtailor and include our hiring teams assigned for each role.  Setting up Role descriptions and activate Schools/Universities or other candidate pools. 

• Manage scorecard and automation in the recruitment process.

• Collaborate with local office managers / team leaders to build long term relationships with schools and universities

Experience and Skills Required:

• Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training.
• 1+ years of recruiting experience preferably in the tech industry and global companies.
• Sourcing and pipeline management: exceptional ability to identify top talent, assess their capabilities and build robust talent pipelines.
• Exceptional written and spoken communication English
• Highly organized, responsive, and accountable; coupled with deep insight into the business, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Naturally curious, strategic problem solver that grounds decision making in data to help inform and build effective solutions.
