Business Development Representative

We are currently expanding our lead generation team by adding market development reps to drive the growth of both our sales and candidate research team, taking it to the next level. The Market development representative will work with identifying and generating sales and talent opportunities through both research and outreach activities. 

The perfect candidate will be the one who works well under pressure, thinks outside-the-box, easily initiates relaxed, but informative, two-way email conversations with prospects, and is highly self-motivated. The right candidate will also understand how to assess a company’s needs and cater the outreach to each prospect specifically.

  • Identify, contact and develop qualified leads and talent
  • Pro-actively manage, develop and enrich our CRM (HubSpot.com) database of customers, prospects and partners
  • Conduct cold-emailing campaigns to actively prospect the market
  • Conduct lead review meetings with the sales team
  • Create target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts
  • Profile strategic accounts identifying key individuals, researching and obtaining business requirements and presenting solutions to start the sales cycle
  • Set appointments for sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage
  • Nurture new marketing leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to speak with a Business developer
  • Drive attendance for webinars and live seminars, set meetings for conferences
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach
  • Provide rapid, professional follow-up to product inquiries and fulfil information requests

Who you are

  • Strong interpersonal skills and outgoing personality with ability to develop and build relationships
  • A competitive attitude with a driven desire to deliver results and succeed
  • Knowledge of Professional Services and Service type business
  • Highly organised with strong time and task management skills
  • Energetic, self-starter with ability to engage prospects and develop relationships that result in insightful engagements and conversations
  • Possess the drive and technical aptitude to hunt and develop new sales leads
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Tools used: Hubspot, Clearbit, Similarweb and G-suite

Requirements 

  • Proven track record of being an overachiever with a high pace and willing to learn.
  • High level of English speaking and written
  • Experience +2 years of sales development representative

Degree in Digital Marketing is preferred
